My 2 cents: The way to point out freeloaders is by praising them fulsomely for utterly trivial contributions, contextually making the point that they did nothing. If they're stupid, they'll actually be pleased. But be careful - smart, truly twisted individuals may just be smart enough to put you at the top of their shit list. Then again, if they're that smart, they already know you're on to them and you're already on top of their shit list, for that reason alone.
